For instance, every family member has a personal space in the house, which reflects their personality. This is ingeniously done. That means while the various rooms are different, there still remains a unifying aura in the home.

The Exterior
The house design is an epitome of space and luxury. The second level of the two-story structure is cantilevered out over a back deck. This provides a striking impression from the street.
That’s not all.
The second level also boasts its own outdoor space. The space at the poolside may be limited, but that doesn’t stop you from having an intimate chat with your loved one.
That said, let’s get inside the house and explore the luxury there. You can use the outdoor stairwell to get in.
The Interior
The interior espouses a modern luxury theme. As you would expect, the home’s public spaces are fairly spacious. The spaces feature large, luxurious furnishings and predominantly adopt a neutral color scheme.
The neutral color scheme is used also in the home’s private areas. The bedrooms, for instance, are mostly painted gray. It’s also worth noting that the bedrooms are not just comfortable and modern; they’re also jam-packed with personality.
Still, on private areas, there is a private workspace that sports simple yet lavish details. What other evidence do you need after you’ve seen an Eames chair in one of the workspaces?
If you understand the taste of comfort and class, you’ll fall in love with the gold chandelier and plush furniture in one of the living areas.
The house’s large windows and sliding doors ensure you can easily access the interior from outside.
Something else you won’t fail to notice is the effective use of color in the home. A great example of this is the vibrant blue bedroom that features superhero themed décor. Another bedroom sports a pink color scheme.
In the pink bedroom, you’ll also be fascinated by exposed bulbs. Add some scalloping on the headboard and you get a pretty looking sleeping sanctuary.
You’ll agree that lighting plays a great role in enriching the design and décor of a house. This house is no exception as evidenced by overhead lighting in one of the rooms. The light casts a warm and welcoming glow over the space.
You’ll also not fail to notice the exposed Edison lightbulbs. Aren’t they stylish?
Another living space sports an antler chandelier, which adds a rustic feel to the room. You can’t describe the house interior without mentioning the pressed flowers. The flowers serve to create a feminine and artistic touch.

The Garden
The garden is tastefully landscaped and matches the surrounding natural greenery. It features trees and sidewalks that create a welcoming aura around the home.
Instead of solid slabs of turf, the grass has been artistically used to add a fun touch. The paving stones not only add a practical element but also enrich the artistic look.
Outdoor seating areas are sheltered in gazebos and furnished with poolside chairs and suspended stones. The stones fascinatingly hang on moats. There’s no space that offers a soothing feeling than the poolside at night time.
